Wednesday, April 22 was Administrative Day.
A sincere thank you to Kim Moore for the continued amazing work she does as our Office Manager on a daily basis. Kim is responsible for many tasks over and beyond what is seen by so many. Kim continues to bring professionalism, kindness and a very strong work ethic each day to St. Bridget. We are very grateful for Kim. When you see Kim, please thank her for the many ways she blesses our parish.
THANK YOU, KIM

Many Thanks to Mary Majkozak for her many years of faithful service as Director of Faith Formation and OCIA teacher at St. Bridget’s Church. Through her dedication, patience, and love for the faith, Mary has guided and inspired countless people on their journey with Christ. Thank you, Mary, for generously sharing your gifts with our parish community. May the Lord bless you abundantly and grant you joy, peace, and good health in this new chapter of life.

As Father Marcel shared last week, we "witnessed" a miracle at St. Bridget's !! Welcome home, Francis Ojukwu! As you know, Francis was detained for almost 6 months in New Mexico . He is now back home with his wife and two young sons. God answered our many prayers and we are so very grateful that our parishioner Francis is home and back at St. Bridget's! Thank you to our dear parishioners and the many others that kept Francis and his family in their prayers. Watch for details on a welcome home celebration hosted by St. Bridget's.

Please give a warm welcome to Alex Schindler who has graciously agreed to be our Interim Music Liturgist for the summer. Most weeks, Alex will be at St. Bridget's on Saturday's and Sunday's. When Alex has another obligation she will arrange for a musician/cantor to join us at St. Bridget's. Welcome Alex, we are grateful for you!

A huge and sincere thank you to Mary Majkozak and Kim Moore for their generous donation and time purchasing and planting our flowers for the outside planters! They look beautiful! We receive many compliments on how beautiful the campus looks. We are grateful for the many people that help with the upkeep of our campus. God bless your generous hearts. THANK YOU!

An enormous thank you to Anne Moen, Kim Moore, Meg Gorzycki and the MANY volunteers that helped to make our annual rummage sale such a huge success! Thank you for the VERY generous donation to the parish from the rummage sale. Many hands made for much lighter work. We heard many nice compliments on how well displayed the treasures were in the gym! These wonderful outreaches/events continue to show the presence of God on the northside of Minneapolis. God bless all your generous hearts!

A HUGE and sincere thank you to Julie Doth and her liturgy committee and Rick Mysliwiec and his environment committee for the beautiful and inspiring Pentecost liturgy you planned so well and executed it seamlessly! The 8 flags that were processed in was such a visual of our Universal Church! We have received many compliments regarding Pentecost and how meaningful it was for our parish. THANK YOU! Thank you to all who allowed us to use your personal flags for our Pentecost Mass on May 24, 2026 . It added so much to our worship recognizing we, also, are part of the universal mission of the Church.

As we prepare to finish our Fiscal Year at St. Bridget’s, we would like to give a HUGE thank you to our Parish and Finance Council members that generously give SO much of their time and talent to our parish! The councils recommend ideas and financial “wisdom” to Father Marcel on ways to best support our mission to continue being “Christ on the Northside of Minneapolis.” We are deeply grateful for our Councils. Please, thank them when you see them. May God bless your generous hearts!

A very huge and sincere thank you to Mary Majkozak and Chrissy Brogden and the many generous volunteers that help them with our Faith Formation and Liturgy of the Word ministries. We are very blessed at St. Bridget’s to have these volunteers donate generous amounts of time and energy making sure these valuable ministries are available to our parishioners. We are very grateful to all those that continually give and give. God bless your generous hearts.

We are sure you’ve all noticed how beautiful our campus lawns and flower beds are looking!! We have received many compliments on the beauty of the campus from neighbors and staff at STA! A sincere thank you to Jeff Pichotta for caring for our lawns and making sure they look beautiful….it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thanks to Davey’s Landscaping that cleaned out all the gardens and added some new mulch. Thanks to Bruce Nolan who consistently cleans up any litter in the parking lot and on the lawns and making sure all the garbages are emptied around the campus. We are VERY grateful for all your time and energy!
