Definition of a retreat: a deliberate break from your normal daily routine and environment to rest, reflect, and refocus, and if you add a faith component to your refocus, you add Praise and Prayer!

Well, that's what you will get at the morning retreat on October 3, 2026 in the Sojourner Truth Academy school gym. The retreat will begin at 8:30 AM with coffee, rolls, and fruit and will end with Mass and Anointing of the Sick at Noon. In between there will be Prayer, Fun, and Fellowship.

So, if you find yourself a little weary, please call the office to register. The retreat is free, but you need to pre-register to participate. You are welcome to register a friend, too!
